Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium (PP) is additional funding for publicly funded schools in England to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers. Schools receive additional funding for each child registered as eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years.

Year 7 Catch-up Funding

The Year 7 Literacy and Numeracy Catch-up Premium gives state-funded schools, including special schools and alternative provision settings, additional funding to support Year 7 students who did not achieve the expected grade in reading or maths at the end of Key Stage 2 (KS2).
