GCSEPOD
GCSEPod for KS4 English Literature and Language
What is GCSEPod?
GCSEPod is an immersive and engaging programme with a very student-centric platform design, making site navigation straightforward. The content is of a high standard and offers lots of challenges while still allowing all types of learners to engage.
Homework
English homework is set weekly in the form of 'Pods', instructional videos that students watch at their own pace and have the option to add subtitles.
These are followed by 'Learning Activities' and 'Check and Challenge' quizzes to test their understanding. 'Learning Activities' and 'Check and Challenge' quizzes come complete with answers and explanations to support students' understanding should they answer incorrectly.
Students receive online 'diamonds' for correctly completing quizzes, and, as with Seneca, we will closely monitor successes and award them accordingly.
How to log in to GCSEPod
Students log in to GCSEPod through their Office 365 accounts, as they did with Seneca, to prevent any forgotten username or password issues.
