What is iDEA?
The Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award (iDEA), is a free online programme designed to help student develop their digital, enterprise, and problem-solving skills.
KS3 students complete short, interactive activities called ‘badges’, each focusing on a different skill area. As they earn badges, they collect points towards national recognised iDEA Bronze and Silver Awards, which can be downloaded as certificates for future reference.
How iDEA works for our students
Students work at their own pace in school or at home
Each badge takes approximately 20-40 minutes to complete and can be done in any order
How to log in
Go to the iDEA website iDEA.org.uk or click on the image below
Select ‘Log in’
Enter your credentials:
Username = school email address
Password = chosen by the student
Support and expectations
We encourage students to complete 1 - 2 badges per week, though they may do more if they wish
Forgotten password? Select ‘Forgot password?’ to reset via your school email
